Your support helps us complete the practical Phase 1 infrastructure needed to welcome our first guests: roads, parking, sanitation, campsite amenities, glamping areas, shade structures, solar-supported gathering spaces, and basic land maintenance.

Instead of simply asking for donations, we are inviting people to become part of the first circle of supporters — the people who helped turn the land into a living retreat.

The Long-Term Vision

Enchanted For Rest is being built as a place to rest, reconnect, learn, and experience life closer to nature.

Our long-term plan includes glamping tents, open camping, RV and van camping areas, tree houses, hobbit-style homes, hot tubs, sauna areas, workshop spaces, community gathering areas, special event spaces, wildlife corridors, a bee apiary, and shared amenities.

We are not trying to build everything at once. Phase 1 creates the foundation. Phase 2 expands the proven concept into a premium off-grid nature retreat.

Build the Foundation

Phase 1 is about making the land usable, accessible, safe, and ready for our first guests. The immediate priority is infrastructure.

Roads & Parking

Rain currently creates mud problems and stuck vehicles. Better access is the first major guest-readiness priority.

Bridge Crossing

We already have a culvert. Funds help convert it into a usable crossing for safer movement through the property.

Septic & Sanitation

Restroom, shower, and sanitation infrastructure are essential before we can host guests consistently.

Campsite Amenities

Initial campsite areas, fire-safe zones, wayfinding, basic guest comfort, and practical stay infrastructure.

Glamping

Higher-comfort early stays help validate demand and create stronger revenue than primitive camping alone.

Shade + Solar

Campsite shade structures can double as solar mounts, creating comfort and off-grid utility at the same time.

Phase 2

Expand Into a Premium Eco-Retreat

Once Phase 1 is operating and generating real guest feedback, Phase 2 expands the property into a more polished destination.

Roland

Roland brings solar and off-grid systems knowledge, infrastructure planning, project strategy, and hands-on DIY build experience.

His focus is turning rough concepts into functional systems that support long-term retreat operations.

Zach

Master Builder · Wellness Visionary · On-Site Development Lead

Zach brings professional building experience, wellness-centered vision, and daily hands-on execution.

He will be living on site, driving the vision, helping develop the land, maintaining the property, and shape the guest experience from the ground up.

Work Weekends & Preview Gatherings

Help Us Build, Gather, and Preview the Land

Some supporters want to contribute more than money. As Phase 1 develops, we plan to host select work weekends, land stewardship days, and preview gatherings for people who want to help shape the retreat in person.

These gatherings may include trail clearing, campsite preparation, shade structure builds, land cleanup, solar setup, shared meals, fire circles, and early overnight stays as the site becomes guest-ready.

This is a way to experience Enchanted For Rest before the polished version exists and to be part of the story from the ground up.
